Glass-reinforced liners are impregnated with polyester or vinyl ester resins and produced by folding.
Advantex® glass fiber, used as a carrier material, is characterized by increased resistance to the aging process. Specially selected glass layers construction are soaked in the impregnation process with unsaturated polyester or vinyl ester resin. The resins used for the production of liners, as the final product after they have cured, , do not have any harmful effects on the environment. The finished product is distinguished by high mechanical parameters ensuring long-term durability.
The initiation of the copolymerization process is carried out, depending on the type of product e.g. by irradiating the composite with UV, UV-LED or thermally.
An indispensable advantage of POliner Glass UV and LED liners is full control of the inside of the pipe during the curing process, thanks to cameras mounted in a lamp trolley. In case of camera disturbance, this gives the opportunity to take immediate reaction.
Thanks to the variety of fiberglass fabric complex and resins at our disposal, we create CIPP liners customized to the needs of the clients.
